There are three major examinations in a year, i.e., First Terminal, Half Yearly and Annual Examination besides regular class tests. The pass mark is 40 %. |

Promotion is given on the basis of whole year's assessment and not merely on the marks scored in the Annual Examination. 75% of minimum attendance is compulsory for promotion. 40% marks in every subject is a minimum requirement for promotion. Classwork and Homework are also assessed and awarded. |

There shall be neither re test nor re- exam for those who miss it. |

Any one who resorts to unfairmeans in the examination will be expelled immediately. |

Before withdrawing a student from the school a month's notice is to be given or a month's fee in lieu of notice. |

The school leaving certificate will not be issued unless requested in writing by parents and the dues are cleared. |

The Principal reserves to himself the right to dismiss a student, whose attendance is irregular, who does not pay his/her fees, who is habitually absent, lazy, dishonest or disobedient, who fails to make satisfactory progress in his or her studies or whose conduct in any way is detrimental to the discipline of the institution; for immorality, insubordination or contempt or whose sickness is liable to e injurious to other students without prior notice to the parents |
